Welcome to my food blog! Originally my blog was supposed to be dedicated to cupcakes only but I decided that since I try a lot of food trucks and other eateries it’ll encompass all foods. I’ve never really maintained a blog so bear with my while I figure out the ins and outs of blogging >< 

Recently, I tried Basil Thyme after seeing Yelp reviewers rave about this place. They’re known for their lasagnas and recently opened a new truck, Basil Thyme Two. I got their Catena, chicken lasagna with white wine and spinach. It didn’t photograph too well, but it was delicious!

And for dessert I tried Captain Cookie & the Milkman, aka Captain Cookie DC. Weekly special: pumpkin muffaroon, ginger molasses cookie, and snickerdoodle cookie. 

 And the cookies come in a cute little bag! milk n cookies!
